Adviza recognise that developing in-house skills and awareness are highly sustainable ways to improve security, compliance, continuity and assurance over the long term.
We are keen to build skills and knowledge transfer into our projects. Also we can provide a number of training, education and awareness services to a variety of audiences and at all levels in our customers.
Adviza are happy to facilitate shadowing and “on-the-job” learning as well as providing:
- One-to-one mentoring by our consultants
- Structured training or skill development sessions, based on pre-planned scenarios
- Bespoke training courses either generic or specifically tailored to a customer’s exact requirements
- Attendance at Adviza’s in-house training courses portfolio (to be launched in 2010)
- Wider training programmes, potentially including supply of third party training courses
Where training, education and awareness are explicit project deliverables or outcomes; standard or bespoke training in any of our service/capability areas can be provided either directly or within wider consulting engagements.
Where the driver for training originates from a compliance or governance requirement, having an audit trail of people’s understanding of their obligations and their compliance with processes and standards is often mandatory.
Our service can build this assurance in to satisfy auditors, senior management, trading partners and customers that your employees and contractors will handle information and use systems in an appropriate way.
